Poland awarded 2016 World League Finals
Lausanne, Switzerland, December 10, 2015 - A meeting of the FIVB Executive Committee in Lausanne today confirmed that Poland will host the 2016 FIVB Volleyball World League Finals, at a venue to be announced. The five-day Finals featuring the top six teams in the 2016 edition of the competition will take place from July 13 to 17.

Ljubljana, Slovenia, December 9, 2015 - After claiming the silver medal at the CEV Volleyball European Championship – Men, the Slovenian squad received an award as Team of the Year by the Slovenian Association of Sports Journalists at the annual Athlete of the Year event held in Gallus Hall at Ljubljana’s Cankarjev dom.

Rio de Janeiro to host 2016 World Grand Prix Pool B1
Lausanne, Switzerland, December 8, 2015 - The venue for Pool B1 of the 2016 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix has been confirmed as Rio de Janeiro. The Brazilian city will also host Pool B1 of the 2016 edition of the FIVB Volleyball World League.
