SPECIAL FIVB VOLLEYBALL CALENDAR FOR 2020   Lausanne, Switzerland, June 27, 2019 – The FIVB has released specific regulations for its volleyball calendar for 2020, the Olympic year, based on the decisions of the most recent FIVB Board of Administration as per the following key amendments: • To implement a regulated break for the athletes competing in the National League Season, Volleyball Nations League and the Tokyo Olympic Games 2020; • The National Leagues will be able to start their volleyball activities as of September 15, 2020. • In addition, the FIVB has created a working group to define the FIVB volleyball calendar for 2021-2024, the next Olympic cycle.
